Welcome to Star Beachboys. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking a lesson, rental, or activity with Star Beachboys, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Star Beachboys offers the following water sports activities in Waikiki, Oahu:

  • Surf Lessons
  • Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Lessons
  • Outrigger Canoe Rides
  • Surfboard and SUP Rentals

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
  • Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Star Beachboys reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unsafe ocean conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Assumption of Risk

Ocean and water sports activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, physical injury, and equipment failure. By participating in any activity offered by Star Beachboys, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. Participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to participation.

6. Health and Safety

  • Participants must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or disabilities that may affect their ability to safely participate.
  • Children under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign all consent and waiver forms.
  • Star Beachboys instructors reserve the right to remove any participant from a session if they pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
  • All participants must follow the instructions of our certified instructors at all times.

7. Equipment

Surfboards, rash guards, and other gear provided by Star Beachboys remain our property. Participants are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse or negligence beyond normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on starbeachboys.com, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Star Beachboys and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Beachboys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
